We produce planning, building regulations and listed building applications for domestic and commercial clients. Additional services include feasibility studies, project management and building consultancy. We also undertake measured building survey's for use by other proffesionals.
Code for Sustainable Homes
Paul Thornton Building Design is a fully accredited Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor. We provide a full assessment and consultation service to hep you achieve your Code for Sustainable Homes requirements. We work closely with our clients and offer consultation and advice throughout all stages of your project from design to construction.
Energy Performance Certificates
As a fully accredited On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor we produce Energy Performance Certificates for new dwellings and conversions. As experienced domestic energy assessors we can also provide SAP calculations for all domestic projects where required by the building regulations.
